In Season 3's "Gone Missing" (S3E10), the Unit goes on a mission armed with the Blaser R93 Sniper Rifle
as their sniper rifles. In the episode, the Blaser used a new type of ammo filled with mercury that was designed specifically not to over penetrate. The rifles were handled by Bob, Grey and Mack with Jonas alternating with Bob a couple times. The sound effect used is that of a suppressed round when clearly none of the rifles were suppressed. Another of these rifles was used by an enemy sniper in Season 4's "Flesh & Blood".
